·         Responsible for 260+ LTE sites (finished remaining 2012 Wave 3 sites to meet 2012 deadlines) throughout North and Central FL markets.

·         Managed and assisted Site Acquisition vendor with all leasing, legal approvals, A&E, structural mods, BP apps/approvals, regulatory approvals, NTP’s, Environmental, etc.

·         Contract to manage leasing/zoning/permitting for LTE site mods , new builds, generator add projects and site acquisition /A&E vendors, approx. 220 sites.

·         Later  managed Gulf Coast (LA, MS, AL, FL) fiber upgrade project for 2011-2012 Phase III and IV LTE sites, worked with various fiber providers to bring fiber to Gulf Coast cell sites  for FTTCS / ETTCS project, approx. 300 sites.

·         Researched and verified Right of Way, access and utility easements to the sites, confirmed surveys, ground lease and tower lease rights, all scopes of work, A&E drawings, tower company fiber upgrade applications, obtained LL NTP’s and managed all POR’s.

·         Confirmed fiber routes per existing compound configurations, confirmed client priority sites with fiber providers, LL approvals,  and regulatory approvals.

·         Short term contract to quickly acquire very specific rings to fill projected coverage gaps where previous site acquisition personnel failed in 2009 and to obtain all necessary easements / utility Right of Way for each site.  Successfully completed multiple failed rings and coordinated with RF to merge existing rings and create new ones for successful discovered sites.  DAS Nodes included.

·         Created 40+ SCIPs approved in 3 weeks for multiple candidates for assigned sites (raw land sites, new builds, collocations, augments of existing WiMax sites, Sprint / Nextel site modifications per MLA).
